The magic of Australian Boulder Opal  complimenting the magic of Australian Chrysoprase and brought together in this stunning bespoke necklace.

Hand knotted with silk and set in fine silver on a open sterling silver back plate, along with a sparkly emerald set in 9k, make this piece a one in a million.

And what about that clasp! Both of these Australian Chrysoprase stones I have used in the clasp and pendant along with the Boulder Opal were hand cut by me.  The Chrysoprase are a matching pair that I felt fit perfectly with this design.  I have loved making every part of this necklace. 

This Boulder Opal is so very unique with its two faces.  The soft mist of a thousand midnight stars floating across the face of a bold blue and green landscape.  Absolutely stunning.

TCW of Opal: 11.8

Length of hand knotted necklace is 17 inches.

Please be aware that these Opals may have natural pits and markings. They are as nature intended I have only cut, shaped and polished, I have not even tried to remove any imperfections.

Frequently asked question:  Can my solid Opal go in water?

Yes, Australian Opals CAN go into water.  They are not porous.  Australian Opal are the most durable of all the Opals.  Please don't confuse other Opal with Australian Opal.  The only time you need to be careful of submerging Australian Opal in water is when they are doublets and triplets because of the glue used to hold the slice of Opal onto the backing.  Anyone who sells doublets or triplets should give you full disclosure.  All my Opals are solid and will not change or alter in water. Guaranteed!!
